The main Shuniah Forty Miner racing event challenged competitors across four distance: 60, 40, 20, and 13 kilometres—as part of the Shuniah Forty Miner Mountain Biking Festival, held in Thunder Bay on September 12–13, 2026.
The courses put riders’ endurance and mountain biking skills to the test, demanding sustained effort and control as they worked their way toward the finish. Each distance offered competitors a chance to challenge themselves and put their preparation into practice.
